I like to talk about poisons a lot. Poisons in my world, damage your gut health and damage your overall health. I write extensively about them in my book. But, for those who want a quick list, here it is!

Added sugar (yes honey and maple syrup are still sugar and I do eat them, but in small amounts)
Artificial sweeteners (Aspartame, Sucralose, Acesulfame K, Saccharin and more!)
Fat-free products: If the product is supposed to contain fat, then eat the natural product, not a fat free version. Fat free products contain fillers, chemicals, sugar, and/or sweeteners.
Artificial flavor
Buzzword junk food: processed food labels keto/paleo/sugar-free/etc. are still processed foods
